Sometimes I can't believe the hatred that spews out of the mouths of people who claim to be doing work of "God". I won't get into questions of religion and my personal beliefs here, because I think that's a very private matter, but I will say that if there's one thing I do believe in, it is that we are all deserving of love and equality. I think that's pretty obvious.

agreed. it's idiots like them who hurt Christians' mission to love as Christ loves.
Wow- I hadn't seen his response to this- I really respect him for the things he said. A lot of people were attacking the faith as being the cause for their idiotic comments, but he blames the ignorance of the two men and I applaud him for that. I wish the news outlets would spend more time on people actually living out what the bible says than two ignorant men with a pedestal.
